Welcome to No Bad Company. By accessing our website or purchasing tickets or memberships through our platform, you agree to these terms.
About Us
No Bad Company is an Austin-based events and membership company. We host curated gatherings, experiences, and community events. Our platform facilitates Event Access, ticket purchases, membership applications, and community management.
Events and Tickets
Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. You must present your confirmation (QR code or name) at the door. No Bad Company reserves the right to refuse entry at our discretion. All attendees must comply with venue rules and our community standards.
Membership
Membership is by application only. Approval is at the sole discretion of No Bad Company. Membership grants access to member-only events, early access, and member pricing. Membership does not guarantee admission to any specific event. We reserve the right to revoke membership for conduct inconsistent with our community values.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorize us to charge your payment method for the stated amount. Prices are in USD. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
Community Standards
No Bad Company is a curated community. We expect all members and guests to treat others with respect, honesty, and care. Harassment, dishonesty in applications, or conduct that harms the community may result in removal without refund.
SMS Messaging
Event Hotline: By texting our event hotline at (737) 727-4222, you consent to receive SMS replies from No Bad Company regarding your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile opt-in is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Subscriber SMS List: By submitting your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox at thenobadcompany.com/sms-signup, you provide express written consent to receive marketing SMS messages from No Bad Company LLC at (844) 393-0889. Messages may include event invitations, party announcements, and community updates. Consent is not required as a condition of any purchase or membership. Message frequency: approximately 2-4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties and are shared only with Twilio for message delivery.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and platform — including copy, photography, and design — is owned by No Bad Company and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
No Bad Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or attendance at our events.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
